Bio
Roy had served in the regular Navy fourteen years when he died while missing in Dinh Tuong, South Vietnam. His tour of duty had begun on Mar 26, 1968. Roy was attached to RivRon (River Squadron) 12, and was captain of ASPB-112-1 (Assault Support Patrol Boat).
