Born in Bosque Co., Tx Died in Stamford, Tx Buried at New Hope Trucker for Gulf Oil Co. , Married, Age 76 Son of Caleb Hughes & Nancy Cavanaugh All info per Don Haynes no marker ------------------------- son of Caleb M. Hughes - Nancy Cavanaugh Leroy Anderson, 75, was a trucker for Gulf Oil Company and a member of the Baptist church. He married Miss Maggie Alice Blackburn in October of 1907. She preceded him in death. He moved to Stamford in 1919 from Waco. He married May Belle Taylor on 3 May 1936. Survived by his wife; four daughters -Nancy Hughes; Mrs. Alice Welch, Mrs. H.E. Youngquist, Mrs. Ed Kielberg; one son - Master Sergeant Hollis M. Hughes, who recently returned from Germany; 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
