Mary Jo Haffa, age 79, of Palestine, Texas died December 9, 2009 at Greenbrier Nursing Center in Palestine. She was born April 27, 1930 in Palestine to Joe and Ola Belle Langston Everett. The memorial service was under the direction of Bailey & Foster Funeral Home. She was preceded in death by her parents; and son, James Kerry Swann in 2006. She is survived by her daughter, Linda Sue Lemacks; and sister, Mattie Sue Miller; grandchildren, Christine Swann, James Swann, David and Angelia Carr, and Danny Carr; and four great-grandchildren.
