Missouri death certificate # 5067 female, white, widowed, housewife. Parents L V and Rebecca [Van Cleve] Van Buskirk, he of Maryland and she of Pennsylvania. Cause of death Old age, general debility. Informant Orilla E Ewers Rural Rt. 5 Springfield, MO. Paxson Undertaking Funeral Home. Interred March 22, 1910 Mrs Orilla Van Buskirk Ewers. Does not have monument. Flowers were placed where a monument would have been for purpose of marking should someone come up when the office is closed.
