Bio

Geo. Pavlas, Abbott Man, Dies Tuesday George Pavlas, 22, died suddenly at his home near Abbott at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 14th. Funeral services were held from the residence of his father, John Pavlas, at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 15th, with Rev. E.J. Polcak officiating. Interment was at the Catholic cemetery. Pall bearers were Ed Matus, Joe Kral, Eugene Kral, Frank Vanek, Emil Pustejovsky and Alfonse Pinter. Surviving are his widow; father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. John Pavlas; two sister, Misses Mary and Martha Pavlas.
