Bio

Mrs. Albert (Christine) Milberger, 82, of 812 South Marable died Monday afternoon in West Community hospital. Mass of Christian burial was celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption, the Rev. Gene Sheppard as celebrant. Burial followed in St. Mary's Cemetery. Rosary was recited at 7 p.m. at Aderhold Funeral Home Chapel. Mrs. Milberger was born July 24, 1896 in Falls County. She married Albert J. Milberger Dec. 5, 1918, in West, and he died July 14, 1962. Mrs. Milberger was a member of the Catholic Daughters of America Court No. 829, SPJST Lodge No. 54, KJZT Society No. 11 and the National Council of Catholic Women. She was a housewife and a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Helen Sampson of Irving; a sister, Mrs. Herman (Lillian) Cardwell of Plano; three grandchildren; and one great-grandson. Pallbearers were William Karlik, Frank Kubacak, Jimmy Gerik, Walt Mellgren, Jr., Amos Cocek and Buddy Gerik.
