Bio

West Farmer dies Wednesday John J. Mikeska, a farmer near West, died at his home near the Cottonwood community at noon Wednesday. Mikeska was born in Texas on Sept. 12, 1902, and was 29 years, and 24 days of age at the time of his death. He had resided in this section all of his life. Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. on Oct. 8th, at the Catholic Cemetery, Rev. E. Polcak in charge. Survivors are his wife, two children, and a number of other relatives.
