Mrs. Willie (Regina) Adamcik, age 79, of West passed away November 26, 1994, at her residence. A rosary was recited November 28 at St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption in West. Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated November 29 at St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption with Rev. Ed Karasek as Celebrant. Burial followed in St. Mary's Cemetery near West. Mrs. Adamcik was born October 15, 1915, in Penelope. She was the daughter of Emil and Anna Janek. She married Willie C. Adamcik on February 3, 1941 in West. She was a seamstress for over 15 years for Lorch Manufacturing Co. in West before retiring in 1977. Prior to that she was a housekeeper in Waco. She was also a housewife and homemaker. She loved working in her garden. She was a member of the Catholic Daughters of America Court No. 829, St. Ludmila K.J.Z.T. Society No. 11 and S.P.J.S.T. Lodge No. 66. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption. She was preceded in death by one brother, Emil J. Janek, who died October 16, 1975. She was survived by her husband, Willie C. Adamcik of West; two daughters, Jeanette Snapka and Joyce Dulock, both of West; one brother, Henry Janek of San Antonio; two sisters, Willie Mae Nors of Penelope and Dorothy Hutyra of West; nine grandchildren, one great-grandson and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were Dale Snapka, Ron Snapka, Gerald Snapka, Donny Cook, Thomas Caldwell and Wesley Matus. Honorary pallbearers were Kyle Zacharias, Ty Servello and Ray Dulock.
