Son of Calvin & Edith (Fisher) Holz. Married to Connie Schneider on 6-12-1993 at Las Vegas, NV. Survivors include: His wife, Connie Holz of Ogallala Three sisters, Susan and husband Manuel Lopez of Clovis, CA Rebecca and husband Keith Oddieo of Carson City, NV Christi and husband Don Steinhauer of Fresno, CA He was preceded in death by his parents, Calvin and Edith Holz ----------------------- A 48-year-old western Nebraska man has died after a truck went out of control and hit his pickup on a gravel road near Ogallala. Denton Holz (HOLES) was pronounced dead at the scene Friday. The accident happened about 3:45 p.m. on East 80 Road, which is about three miles south of Ogallala near Interstate 80. The Nebraska State Patrol says the driver of the vehicle that hit Holz's pickup lost control after hitting a soft spot on the gravel. That driver was not ticketed.
