Pine Bluff Commercial, Thursday, November 12, 1981, Page 16: Obit.—M. R. (Mac) Lutrell, 64, of the Sulphur Springs community, died Wednesday at Jefferson Regional Medical Center. He was a son of the late John Garland and Nettie Bearden Lutrell. He operated a contracting business during World War II and was a retired farmer. He was a Methodist. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Morene Coker Lutrell; and a sister, Mrs. Willy Funderburg of Pine Bluff. Funeral services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Friday at Hale-South Funeral Home by Reverend Earl Chadick. Burial will be in Fitzhugh Cemetery at Sulphur Springs. Pallbearers will be Leroy Tidwell, Dean Sullivan, Virgil Pierce, Joe Dempsey, Johnny Moltz, Bobby L. Underwood, Woodrow West and Harland Williams. The family will be at Sulphur Springs.
