CROCKETT - Zona Lee, 86, passed away peacefully on November 4, 2009. Born on July 4, 1923, in Seminole, OK, the daughter of Annie and Steven Russell. Her devoted husband, Allen Crockett, preceded her in death in 1985. Zona is survived by her four children: Charles Northcott, Ed Crockett and his wife, Suzann, Cynthia McManus and her husband, Kent, and Joe Crockett; six grandchildren, Carol Beth Manning, Cory Crockett, Becky Hillsberry, Andrew Crockett, Krista McManus, and Caren Gerkin; and thirteen great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters: Frances Thornburg, Betty Williams, and Sheila Copenhaver. She was preceded in death by her sisters: Othal, Mildred and Kathleen; her brother: John Russell; and one grandchild: Craig Crockett. Zona will be laid to rest next to her husband, Allen, at Woodland Memorial Park in Sand Springs, OK, following the service at 10 a.m., Friday at Summit Park Full Gospel Church on November 6, 2009. She was a devout Christian and an ordained minister. She will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by her family and all who were blessed to know her. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the local American Diabetes, American Cancer, American Heart, Alzheimer's Association or the Clarehouse, at 7617 South Mingo Rd., Tulsa, OK.
