Thelma A. Seaman-age 82-A native of Dauphin Island, AL, former resident of Biloxi, MS currently residing in Alvin, TX, passed away on Tuesday, October 27, 2009 in a health care facility. Mrs. Seaman was a hostess for the Holiday Inn in Biloxi before retirement. She was a member of the Pink Ladies Hospital Aux. and enjoyed bowling, crocheting, machine quilting and sewing. She was preceded in death by her husband of fifteen years, William Otis Seaman, her father, Luther Pierce, her mother and step father, Bonnie and Stephen Vogt and a son in law, Lonnie Harvey. She is survived by her children, Wanda Seaman Harvey (Al) Johnson of Alvin, TX and Cynthia Seaman (Gary) Tigert of Germantown, TN; grandchildren, Christopher (Crystal) Harvey, Valerie Harvey Bell, Kevin (Julie) Harvey, Becky Tigert (Dave) Pendleton, Jake Tigert and Katie Tigert (Lee) Frederick; great grandchildren, Trevor Jones, Madeline Harvey, Chris Harvey, Jr, Malinda Harvey, Skylor Lambert, Mackinzie Lambert, Cassidy Bell, Hayden Harvey, Caleb Harvey, Lexi Pendleton and Cannon Pendleton; other relatives and friends. Visitation will be Friday, October 30, 2009 from 5 to 8pm at Serenity Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Serenity Funeral Home on Saturday, October 31, 2009 at 10 am with interment in Oddfellow Cemetery.
