Josiah Kanouse was born in Mantour, Pennsylvania on April 15, 1850, and passed away on January 20, 1913. Josiah married Jennie May Wood on December 22. 1875 in Bethel, Michigan. Josiah was survived by his wife Jennie, his son Emmett, and his daughter Lydia Partridge.
