Info. from Death Cert. Janie born Bartlett, Texas, Father S. H. Duggins Mo: Arizona Kyle. Janie had lived in Harris county since 1945. Graveside services were held at the Santa Anna Ceme­tery Wednesday morning for Mrs. Janie Duggins Addison of Houston, a native of Santa Anna who died in Houston Monday.' Memorial services werei held in Houston Tues­ day. Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Doris Smith of Houston; two sons, Othal Howard of Houston and Harold Howard of Mexia; two sisters, Mrs. Jess Howard of Santa Anna and Mrs. Joseph Swartz of Florida; and one brother, Sammie Duggins of Santa Anna.
