Bio

Clifford C. Good of Waco, a plant manager and dispatcher, died Wednesday, February 27, 1991, in Odessa. He was 68. Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Connally-Compton Downtown Funeral Home Chapel, the Rev. Roy Lyon and the Rev. Bob Green officiating. Burial will be in Waco Memorial Park. Mr. Good was born May 17, 1922, in Cedar Springs. He married Doris Merle Reese on Dec. 25, 1944; she died July 3, 1954. He later married Johnnie Tucker on March 29, 1957, in Waco. Clifford was plant manager and dispatcher for Clark Concrete Company for 42 years, retiring in 1987. He was a member of North Waco Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife; two sons, Kenneth Alan Good of Waco and Clifford Neal Good of Lubbock; two brothers, R. W. Good of Roswell, N.M., and Jimmy Porterfield of Waco; a sister, Dorothy Williams of Deming, N.M.; three grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. Waco Tribune-Herald, Friday, March 1, 1991.
