Daughter of Cicero Addison Groome and his second wife, Lillian Russell Wife of William Thomas Crutchfield Greensboro News & Record (NC) - Monday, December 3, 1990 Mrs. Mildred Groome Crutchfield, 79, of 2102 Cleburne St. died Sunday at Wesley Long Community Hospital. Graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Groometown United Methodist Church. A High Point native, she was a member of Irving Park United Methodist Church and taught for many years in the Greensboro city schools. Surviving are daughter, Mrs. Joan King of Greensboro; son, William Thomas Crutchfield Jr. of Greensboro; seven grandchildren.
