s/o Joseph E Andrews &​ Florence Worsham ========================================== Obituary published in Herald Coaster on 20 Apr 1971 Andrews, Ventress E., Sr. Ventress E. Andrews Sr., 68, of East Bernard, died after a fall from a ladder Monday afternoon. Survivors include his widow, Margaret; daughters Mrs. Dorothy Keprta of Rosenberg and Mrs. Helen Shaddox of Sweeny; son Ventress Jr. of Rosenberg; seven grandchildren; mother Mrs. Florence McGraw of Louisiana; brother Freeland Andrews of Louisiana. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at First Babptist Church, East Bernard, the Rev. Fred L. Holder officiating. Services were under the arrangement of Garmany & Co., Rosenberg.
