Bio

Married Katie V. Taylor 12 Sep 1880 in Miller County, MO The Eldon (Missouri) Advertiser, May 6, 1920 Mrs. L. F. Comer received a letter Saturday morning informing her of the death of Elijah T. Jackson on April 25th at his home in Paris, Texas. Mr. Jackson lived only a few minutes after first complaining to his family that he was not feeling well. The physicians pronounced his case rheumatism of the heart. He was 61 years of age. He was the second son of the late Mrs. Emily Jackson of this place and a brother of the late John L. Jackson. Mr. Jackson is survived by the wife, nine children and one brother Jake who also resides in Texas. Mr. Jackson's wife will be remembered by friends here as Miss Kate Jackson, daughter of the late James D. Taylor and a sister of Mrs. Chas. Blackburn of Eldon. The family has the deepest sympathy of their former friends here.
