Susan was the daughter of William & Rhoda Baugh Sweeney. She married Claiborn Kerley abt. 1845 in Dekalb Co., TN.. They had children: Mary, Amanda, William Pierce & Robert Thomas Kerley. She married 2nd Samuel Braswell 28 Feb 1861 in Dekalb Co., TN.. They had a child: William Braswell.
