Bio
Anastasia Bartosh, age 82, of Pleasanton, Texas passed away in a nursing home here on Wednesday, January 8, 2003. A homemaker, she was born on Feb. 24, 1920 in Panna Maria, Texas. She is survived by her son, Richard Bartosh and wife Phylis of Pleasanton; three daughters, Florence Netardus and husband Henry of Jourdanton; Jeanette Asbell and husband Gary, San Antonio; and Bernadine McCaleb of Weslaco; two brothers, Clem Pawelek, Poteet; and Felix Pawelek of Alice; two sisters, Rosie Barta of Pearland and Emma Jasik of Pleasanton; nine grandchildren - Henry Netardus Jr., Kenneth Netardus, Annette Netardus, Michael Asbell, Richard Bartosh Jr., John Bartosh, Mark McCaleb, George McCaleb and Harold McCaleb; and four great-grandchildren. Visitation was held Fri., Jan. 10 from 2-9 p.m. with a rosary at 6:30 p.m. at Hurley Funeral Home in Pleasanton. You are invited to leave a condolence or tribute at: www.hurleyfuneralhome.com. Services were held Saturday, Jan. 11 at 2 p.m. at St. Matthew's Catholic Church in Jourdanton. Interment was in St. Matthew's Catholic Cemetery in Jourdanton under the direction of Hurley Funeral Home of Pleasanton.
