Sarah was the second wife of Elijah Wilburn Hallmark Married in Fannin County,Texas on Aug 24,1875 Elijah and Sarah had six children: Artis Hallmark, Carlton William Hallmark, Cora May Hallmark, Alma Wilburn Hallmark, Jesse Pearl Hallmark, and Lessie Hallmark. ∼ She was the daughter of Levi Madison Williams and Susanna Armstrong Williams.
