"T. M. POOLE DEAD AFTER TWENTY DAYS' ILLNESS T. M. Poole, aged thirty-eight years, a resident of this city for the past year, died last evening at 8 o'clock after an illness of twenty days duration of typhoid fever. Deceased was a carpenter and formerly lived with his family at Llano, Texas. Surviving him are his wife and two children. He was a member of the local Carpenters' union. The body of the deceased will be taken to Llano for interment on the morning train, Wednesday, and will be accompanied by the surviving family and F. E. Smith, brother-in-law of the deceased. AT 8:30 o'clock Wednesday morning at the parlors of the Douglas Undertaking company services will be held." "IS TAKEN BACK TO FORMER HOME - Wife and Children of T. M. Poole Will Accompany Body Back to Llano, Texas Today - The remains of T. M. Poole who died of typhoid fever last Monday evening will be taken back to his old home at Llano, Texas, for interment. The body will be accompanied by his wife and two children who survive him. They will leave on the ten o'clock train today. The funeral services will be held at Ferguson's undertaking parlors at 8:30 o'clock this morning, the Rev. Mart Gary Smith officiating. Mr. Poole had been ill at his home on Sixteenth street for nearly a month when death released him from his pain. He had been a resident of Douglas for over a year. he came here from Llano, Teas where he had spent the greater part of his life and where he had many friends. Since coming to this city he had been employed by the Tadlock Brothers. He was an industrious, honey man and had a host of friends here who deeply sympathize with his wife and children in their bereavement."
