~EFFIE NORA DAVIS VANDVER~ The daughter of John Henry Davis & Elizabeth "Betty" (Cline) Davis The first wife of Thomas "Tom" Vandver When Effie Nora Davis was born in 1893 in Daviess, Kentucky, her father, John Henry Davis, was 34, and her mother, Elizabeth "Betty"(Cline) Davis was 33. Effie had three sons and three daughters with Thomas "Tom" Vandver between 1911 and 1926. She died on April 17, 1930, in Liberty, Texas, at the age of 37, and was buried there.
