Bio

Civil War Veteran. He fought as a private in the Confederate army at the battle of Chickamauga according to a 1912 Alabama pension application. The location of his birth is now in Berry, Fayette Co,. AL, formerly in Tuscaloosa Co. AL before Berry existed.
