Daughter of J. Plato Freemon and Mary Lula Belle Groome Died of endocarditis NOTE: North Carolina Death Certificate for Mary P. Freeman with parents listed as "Plato Freeman and Lula Groom" gives death date as 13 Jun 1914. Gravestone was evidently placed later and in error. No newspaper obituary has been found to clarify the date.
