Rebecca is the daughter of James Younger (b.1720) & Anna Nash. Married Col. James Welborn (1764-1841) about 1787. From this union they had the following known children: Moses (1786-1834) , Elizabeth Isabel (1787-1841), Susannah (b.1791), Aaron (1793-1858) , Thomas (1795-1797), William (1797-1867) , Thomas Jefferson (1801-1880), James (b.1804), Chapley (b.1807), Carter Tarrant (b.1809).
