Services for Annie Marie Corbett, 87, of Athens are scheduled for 3 p.m. Friday at Carroll-Lehr Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Henry Lusk officiating.Burial will follow in Athens Cemetery. Mrs. Corbett died Sept. 8, 2009, in Athens.She was born Dec. 8, 1921, in Jacksonville to the late Leonard Hibner and Myrtle Ivy Hughes Baker and has been a resident of Athens 50 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Corbett; sons, Jimmy R. Corbett; Glen Corbett; daughters, Anna Misseldine; Ivy James; grandsons, Eddie Corbett; and Jessie Misseldine. Survivors include daughter, Marie Hawthorne, of Moran, Wyo.; sister, Dorothy Adams, of Reese; grandchildren David Martin; Sheila Kay James, both of Katy; Ernie Corbett; Donnie Corbett, both of Athens; Dee Dee Simpson, of LaRue; great-grandchildren, Heather Hawthorne; Stacey Hawthorne, both of Tyler; Chris Hawthorn, of Jacksonville; Lacey and Brittney Simpson; Dusty, Kenzie and Kayla Corbett, all of Athens; Joshua James; Cody and Shaun Nentwich, all of Katy; great great-grandson, Aubrey Lyndell Hawthorne, of The Colony. Pallbearers will include David Martin, Donnie Corbett, Chris Hawthorne and Ernie Corbett.
