Bio

She married Richard Wesley Cole, who died at Fort Pillow in Tennessee during the Civil War. Birth year of 1819 came from Carroll County Cemetery Book and her headstone, but is in conflict with the birth of her brother in October 1819 as cited on his headstone. Census records would indicate that Eliza was born in either 1815 or 1816.
