Mona Tidrow Lyons Mona Tidrow Lyons 81, 508 S.W. Second St. died Monday, May 6, 1996, at her home, after a long illness. She was born Jan. 14, 1915, in Clinton County, Ky., to Pleasant and Mary Flowers Beaty and had lived in Richmond since 1940. She was a homemaker and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Centerville. Her first husband, Hobert Tidrow, died in 1975. Survivors include her husband of 18 years, Grady Lyons; two sons, David Tidrow of Richmond and Jack Tidrow of Milton; two stepdaughters Priscilla Caskey of Richmond and Patricia Blasdell of Euless, Texas; three sisters, Erman Thresher of Talmage, Ohio, Ruth McWhorter and Lena Pritchard, both of Albany, Ky,; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; five stepgreat-grandchildren; nieces and nephew. Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, May 9, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home, with the Rev. Lester Maples officiating. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery in Centerville. Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 8, at the funeral home.
