My grandmother. Dollie Jane Pierce (July 6, 1918 - September 6, 2009) Mrs. Dollie Pierce, 91, of Wynne passed away Sunday, September 6, 2009 at home in Wynne. Mrs. Pierce, a homemaker, was born on July 6, 1918 in Elizabeth, Arkansas. Survivors are her husband, Garland D. Pierce of the home; sons, Roger Pierce of Cherry Valley; Steve Pierce of Wynne; daughters, Roselene O'Dell and Jeri Easter of Wynne; Norma Marie Ellzey of Harrisburg; 23 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren and 10 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Cyrus Reynolds and Sarah Rosetta Anderson Reynolds; son, Harold Dee Pierce; grandsons, Rodney O'Dell and Greg Ellzey; granddaughters, Gwendiline & Paula Ellzey; sisters, Cordella Reynolds Green, Dixie Reynolds Fortune; brothers, William, Tommie, Chester Reynolds. Visitation will be Tuesday evening, 6 to 8, at Kernodle Funeral Home. Funeral services will Wednesday at 2PM at Kernodle Funeral Home with burial in Vanndale Cemetery.
