Bio

He lived in the Bradford Community near Plaestine all his life. He was the son of Wiley M. and Minnie Elkins Holcomb. He was active in th Union Methodist Church and sang in revivals throughout East Texas. He was a retired rancher and farmer, and served on the LaPoyner School Board for several years. Survivors include his wife, Addie Mae Holcomb, and three sons; two sisters; 12 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
