Tyler Morning Telegraph Tyler, Texas • Wed, Mar 20, 1974 Funeral services or J. W. "Billy" French, 99, of Rhonesboro, are set for Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. in the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. L. D. Davidson and the Rev. James Poole officiating. Burial will be in Grice Cemetery. Mr. French died at his residence after a long illness Monday. He was born in Kentucky, was a retired farmer, member of the Baptist Church. Survivors include three sons, Oliver French of Rhonesboro, M. H. French of Fort Worth and Foy French of Oregon; five sisters, Mrs. Ellen Sanders, Mrs. Clara Lawhorn, Mrs. Bettye Harris, Mrs. Rose Hebble and Mrs. Marie George, all of Cincinnati, Ohio, seven grandchildren and 10 greatgrandchildren.
