Wife of Herman Mueller; "Mother" ------------------------------------------------------------ Minnie Braun Mueller's death certificate states she was born in Texas, and she died in Stamford, Jones County, Texas. contributed by Daniel Bode - February, 2011 ------------------------------------------------------------ Minnie Mueller (41078820) Mrs. Minnie Mueller died at the family home last Sunday morning at 2 a.m. She was born in Texas, Dec. 10, 1859. She had lived in Jones County for 34 years, coming here from Georgetown, Texas. The funeral was held at the family home at 2 p.m., Monday, 9-1/2 miles northwest of Stamford in the Vernon community by Rev. A.H. Muehlbrad, of Sagerton, assisted by Rev. H.S. Hinson of the Swenson Avenue Baptist church, of Stamford. Interment took place in Highland cemetery of Stamford. The husband of the deceased died in 1924. Deceased is survived by four sons and three daughters, namely: Gust, H.G., Ernest and Herbert Muehler, all of Stamford; Mrs. Olga Brandenburg of Stamford; Mrs. Fannie Nauert of Stamford; Mrs. Emma Nauert of Wichita Falls; Two sisters: Mrs. Sophis Homeyer of Walberg; and Mrs. Mary Vogler of Georgetown; Two brothers: Chris and Gust Braun of Walberg. 29 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren survive.
