NOTE: The death date is the date on which his body was found, 9 miles north of Clint and 1 mile to the left of El Paso Natural Gas Co. Road. (Source: Death Certificate) Occupation: Public Accountant: Home at death: 4920 Chesterfield, El Paso Buried on April 7, 1962. NOTE: On his Death Certificate photocopy his mother is listed as Agnes Kuchar. Famous murder victim. Although ruled suicide, many believe that he was murdered by Malcolm "Mac" Wallace on orders of Lyndon Baines Johnson, in an attempt to cover-up the corruption in Texas. Krutilek was the chief accountant for Billie Sol Estes. His death is the subject of several books and a Time magazine article on May 25, 1962.
