Bio

The following information was contributed by the original creator of this memorial, Robert Fowler, who is a relative: Sources: Death Certificate She is on the 2004 Center Ridge Cemetery Survey as Omie Rachel, with her first husband. Omie 1st married Omer Rachel on Jan 7, 1906, in Bowie County Texas. She married 2nd to Milton Elonzo White, Nov 1948. Elma was Milton's 1st wife's sister, Susan Mildred Fowler, who died in 1947. Their parents were William Thomas & Sarah Elizabeth [Fountain] Fowler. What was be confusing to me, was she is buried as a Rachel, instead of her last husband's surname White.
