Son of Winfield U. & Emma (Schimek) Keane. Married to Velma L. Osborn on 10-17-1942 at Harrison, NE. WW II - US Army. Survived by his wife, Velma Keane of Hemingford; his sons, Gary (Shirley) Keane of Hemingford, and Eddie Keane and Steve Keane, both of Nonpareil. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Gary W.L. Keane, Shane Keane, Kyle Keane, and Cody Keane; 4 great grandchildren; his sister-in-law, Ardith Keane of Auburn, Nebraska; his sister-in-law, and brother-in-law, Delores (Jim) Smith of Boise, Idaho; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, his son Terry, his son and daughter-in-law, Michael (Vicki) Keane, his grandson Doug; 5 brothers, 5 sisters, and many nieces and nephews.
