The Palmer Journal, Thursday, January 21, 1971, page 1, transcribed by Linda Berney: Anthony Szatko, 5, Dies Suddenly - The five-year-old son of a former Palmer couple died Thursday enroute to a Grand Island hospital. Anthony Szatko, son of Mr. and Mrs. George Szatko of St. Paul passed away after being ill only a few hours.... He was born July 11, 1965 at Fullerton to George and Norma Witt Szatko. He is survived by his parents, two sisters, Gertrude and Jeanne and a brother George Jr., all at home, and his grandparents.
