Fry, Carl Roy Carl Roy Fry April 6, 1943 — Aug. 1, 2009 Carl Roy Fry, 66, of Duncan, died Saturday, Aug. 1, 2009, at Wilkins Nursing Center in Duncan.Funeral services will be at Don Grantham Funeral Home Chapel at 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 7, with the Rev. Winston Curtis officiating. Interment will follow int Duncan Cemetery.The family will receive friends at the funeral home today from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.He was born on April 6, 1943, at Pierre, S.D., the son of Percy Eugene and Mae Fitzer Fry.Carl worked at various convenient stores. He enjoyed arts, crafts, painting, puzzles and he made jewelry. He was an avid bowler.He is survived by two brothers: Archie Raymond of Omaha, Neb., and Selah Freeman of Lancaster, Calif.; five sisters: Arvella Moore and Marlene Doss, both of Lancaster, Katherine Herbert of Rosamond, Calif., Susan Juhala and Lila Sparks, both of Rapid City, S.D.; and several nieces and nephews.He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Wayne Stange; and one sister, Evelyn Fry.Online condolences may be made at www.granthamfuneralhomes.com.
