Adolph Jerold Humlíček was born on 1 February 1896, in Saunders, Nebraska to Jan Humlíček and Kateřina Doležal. He married Anna Emma Polacek on 3 February 1920, in Abie, Nebraska. He lived in Elk Township, Saunders, Nebraska for about 10 years and Prague, Nebraska for about 1 year. He registered for military service in 1918. He died on 12 December 1981, in Wahoo, Nebraska, at the age of 85, and was buried in Saint John Cemetery, Prague, Nebraska.
