Julia Ann Reid - Daughter of John Thomas Reid and Laura Ellen/Helen Moore. Sister of Nancy Hutchinson, Phil C, James Oliver, Elizabeth Catherine, Rosa Josephine and Sarah Rebecca Reid. Julia married, 25 Nov 1891 in Bastrop Co., TX, William "Henry" Rowlett, a son of James R Rowlett and Celia Virginia Fore. Mother of John and William Oliver Rowlett. Granddaughter of Thomas Reid & Sarah Elizabeth Dancer and Frailey/Fraley Moore & Narcissus Mays. Julia died in May 1894. After the death of Julia, William Henry Rowlett married Martha Claude Perkins on Nov 11 1896 in Bastrop County, Texas. In the 1910 census for John & Laura Reid their Grandson, John Rowlett (age 17, b. abt 1893), is living in their household. Further searching revealed a John Rowlett's TX Death Certificate, born Oct 19, 1892 in Texas, his residence at time of death was Bastrop County. He died in Austin at the Austin State Hospital, but was buried somewhere in Houston. Both parents listed as Unknown. This John Rowlett is assumed to be the son of William Henry Rowlett and Julia Ann Reid.
