Norma Kohmetscher Passes Away Norma M. Kohmetscher, 63, of Lawrence died Wednesday, May 20, 1992, at the Webster County Hospital in Red Cloud. Rosary was Friday at 7:30 p.m. and funeral services were Saturday at 10 a.m., both at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Lawrence. The Rev. Thomas Au officiated. Burial was in Sacred Heart Cemetery. Norma was born August 15, 1928 at Lawrence. She married Herbert J. Kohmetscher August 30, 1950 at Lawrence. He died August 7, 1983. A life long resident of Webster and Nuckolls counties she moved to the Bethesda Care Center in Blue Hill in 1986. She was a member of the Sacred Heart Church and the Altar Society and the American Legion Auxiliary. Survivors are two sons, Mike of Hastings and Rod of Lawrence; her step-mother Dolores Drudik of Lawrence; one brother, Bernard Drudik of Crete; one sister Loraine Spade of Santa Maria, Calif.; two half-brothers Ron Drudik of Hastings and Arlan Drudik of Nelson.
