Bio

Richard Bratetic, son of John and Agnes Bratetic and Darlene Gilsdorf, daughter of Otmar and Lena Gilsdorf were married May 1955 at St. Andrew's Catholic Church. They lived on a farm eight miles east and a half mile south of Bloomfield, residing there until 1960 when they moved to their residence, three miles and a half south of Bloomfield. They were active in to farming. Richard served in the Army from 1951 to 1953. Fifteen months of that time he spent in Germany. They are the parents of three children: Keven, deceased; Monica, who lives in Norfolk, NE and is employed at Delay First National Bank and Loren who is employed by Gerry Miller Implement at Hartington, NE.
