Bio
George, Oran Ray Oran Ray George, 72, of Wolfe City passed away July 24, 2009, in St. Paul Hospital in Dallas. Mr. George went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He joined his loving wife, Betty Jean, his parents, Wiley and Winnie George; and brothers T.W. George and Norman George. He was a retired farmer and rancher in the Wolfe City area for many years. Survivors are a daughter an son-in-law, Jeff and Debra Jones of Wolfe City; two grandchildren, Jeffrey Ray and Tabetha Jones; one great-granddaughter, Paris Mylashia Spigner; special nephew Mark Wright and wife Diane and their children Timmy and Jacklyn; and one brother, Bobby Wayne George. He had many nephews and nieces he will miss. He also had many caring brothers and sisters-in-law who will miss him. Let us rejoice for the day we will be together again. Pallbearers are John Jobe, Kenneth Jobe, Joel McKay, Bryan Wilson, Chris George and Dale Giles. Funeral services are at 2 p.m. today in the R.W. Owens and Son Funeral Home chapel with Bro.
