Mable C. Heiser CRANE Mable C. Heiser, 91, of Kermit, Texas, formerly of Millersview, Texas, London, Texas and Crane, Texas, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2003. Mable was born in Rising Star, Texas, on Sept. 18, 1912, to Henry and Martha Flippin. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Kermit. She was preceded in death by her husband, Erdman "Buck" Heiser. She is survived by four children, Joan Gaddy of Garland, Texas, Richard Heiser of Bixby, Okla., Harvey Heiser of Lake George, Colo., and Bill Heiser of Kermit, Texas; 10 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren; one brother, Warren Henry Flippin of Mesquite, Texas; and one sister, Lucille Flippin Banfield of Bronte, Texas. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 11, 2003, in the Shaffer-Nichols Funeral Home Chapel in Crane with the Rev. Mike Oldham officiating. Burial will follow in the Crane County Cemetery. Nephews will serve as pallbearers.
