Rites Held Wednesday For Mrs. Mary Lindle A Spencer County native, Mrs. Mary Jane Lindle, 85, died at 5:15 p.m. Sunday in the home of a daughter, Mrs. Ruth L. Smith, Old Taylorsville Road, near Jeffersontown, with whom she lived. Mrs. Lindle was a member of St. Edward’s Church and a member of the Ladies’ Sodality. Also surviving are another daughter, Mrs. Naomi Durbin, Ennis, Tex.; a sister, Miss Katie Flahiff; 15 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday in St. Edward’s Church. Interment was in Valley Cemetery, Taylorsville. The Jeffersonian, Jeffersontown, KY; April 20, 1956
