Bio

Jerry served in the Confederate army -- Private, Comp.E, NC 16th Regiment. He married Julia Ann Luther in 1858; they had three children -- Hester Ellen, William Albert, and Victor E. Howell. After Julia's death, Jeremiah married Rutha Jane Henderson in 1888 in Sevier Co., TN.
