Bio

Pettigrew, Patricia Ann Ingram Patricia Ann Ingram Pettigrew, 73, passed away Tuesday, June 16, 2009. A funeral service was held on Saturday, June 20, 2009, 2 pm at the First Baptist Church in Rule. Burial followed in Rule Cemetery under the direction of McCauley Robison Funeral Home. Patsy was born on July 21, 1935 to the late Ruth Anna Cloud Ingram and Bonner Wade Ingram of Rule. She spent her childhood in the Pinkerton community on a farm, and she was a member of the Pinkerton Baptist Church. In adulthood she became a Methodist. Patsy's mother died when she was only 10 and her brother Thomas was only 8, so they lived with their Grandmother Cloud and Aunt Willie (Geer) during the school week and went back to the farm on the weekends. They both transferred to San Marcos Baptist Academy and graduated from high school there. Patsy attended Baylor University for a few semesters and later became a cosmetologist. Preceding her in death was her brother, Thomas Ray Ingram and son-in-law Perry Marbut. Survivors include; three daughters Marsha Ensey of Houghton, Louisiana. Debbie Pettigrew Crocker and husband Jamey of Starr, South Carolina, and Annette Pettigrew of Fort Worth, TX; a son Robert Ensey and wife Rose of Mesa, Arizona; a sister-in-law Beth Ingram of Georgetown: grandsons Clay and Cole Marbut of Louisiana and John and Paul Ensey of Arizona; nephew Burt Ingram and wife Christi of Flower Mound; niece Dr. Bonnie Ory and husband Bill of Georgetown and several cousins, great-nieces and great-nephews who remain among those who loved Patsy.
