Bio

Arthur was the son of John Franklin Ray & Rachel Louella Dixon. He was married to Myrtle Bell 17 January 1926 in Wayne County, Tennessee and they had 3 children: son who died an infant, John Hedge Ray and Joe Dixon Ray. After Myrtle died (1931) he married Charlotte Cotton 25 Dec 1936 (daughter of Robert Cotton and Parthena Graves) and they had 3 children: Harold, Charlotte and Arthur.
