Married to Rachel Prudence Dickson --------------- Thanks to contributor #47466150; Grand Island (Nebraska) Daily Independent Saturday, 12 March 1932 Broken Bow, Neb., Mar. 12. (Special Dispatch)--The body of Frank Lyons, 65, Callaway farmer, was found near cattle pens on a farm from which he had just moved, eight miles northwest of Callaway, Friday, after he had been missing from his home all night. County officials decided that death had resulted from a stroke of apoplexy. Although the Lyons had taken up residence at their new home, a farm a few miles south of Callaway, they had not yet moved some cattle. Mr. Lyons left his place late Thursday to go over to the vacated farm and feed the cattle, planning then to go into Callaway to order some coal. Alone at the farm, his wife could do nothing but wait until morning to go to a neighbor's and summon help, realizing that something had happened to Mr. Lyons. The neighbor, Albert Pandorf, went immediately to the old farm and soon found the body lying between the pens and a pile of corn. It was evident that he had been stricken while in the act of feeding the cattle. He leaves, besides his wife, five children.
