Bio

Christian Martin Wilhelm Hoppe was born on February 7, 1837 in Gummin, Greifenberg, Pomern, Prussia. He immigrated from Prussia in 1867 and married Caroline Marie Friderike Klug on 2 Apr 1872 in Columbus, Platte, Nebraska, United States. In 1876 they traveled to what is now Garfield County Washington. they had seven Children: Julis Eli, Lizzie(Eliazbeth), Albert, William Lewis, Mildred Louise, Tillie and Carolyn.
